is different than your myUCLAhealth Username and is case sensitive.

Must be at least 8 characters in length, contain at least one number, one letter and a non-alphanumerical character( for example !@#$).

In order to reset your password:

you must enter the valid email address on file with your myUCLAhealth account. If you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, help with your account is available 24/7 by calling (855) 364-7052.

you must answer your selected security question to reset password.
